Open: Open to everyone regardless of age and level of experience.
Novice: Is an entry level class for those who don’t want to compete at the level of the open class, they may or may not be first timers.

Polygraph Testing
Polygraph testing will take place at the host hotel from Tuesday, May 30 – Friday, June 2.
You will not be able to compete if you have not successfully completed a polygraph test before the competition. Individual competitors are responsible for booking their own polygraph test by contacting Ken and Lesley Donaldson of ITR Polygraph Service.
All athletes must pay $75 + 5% GST (Total = $78.75 CAD) directly to the Polygraph team at the time of testing.
Please Note: Policy rule for polygraph - 6 weeks for amateurs and pros.

Our Competition Workshops are seminars to help ensure you understand everything about competing with the WNBF Canada organization. They are organized and hosted by our stellar team of professional athletes, trainers, nutritionists, bodybuilders and fitness models who have all competed and are incredibly knowledgeable, inspiring and quite simply, nothing short of awesome.
