Bodybuilding & Classic Physique Routines
All Bodybuilding and Classic Physique athletes are required to perform a 60-second posing routine to music of their choice. Please ensure your music is free of any profanity.
Submit your music in advance by emailing it to:

To ensure no errors, please name your file using the following format:
Athlete Name - Class - Start Position
Example: John Doe - Classic Physique - ON stage
Athlete Walks
Box Walk: Figure, Men’s Physique & Bikini
I-Walk: Fit Body
Athletes will perform their walks to house music.
*MANDATORY FOR ALL ATHLETES*
Polygraph Testing
You will not be able to compete if you have not successfully completed a polygraph test before the competition. Individual competitors are responsible for booking their own polygraph test by contacting Ken and Lesley Donaldson of Profound Truth.
The cost of WNBF Canada Polygraph testing is $100 + 5% GST ($105) which must be paid directly to the Polygraph team at the time of testing.
Please Note: Policy rule for polygraph 6 weeks for amateurs and pros.
